The "glasses" annoy me, never fit very well (on account they are made mostly of paper), and after 20 minutes it feels as if my eyes have been crossed for hours. Oddly enough, if I put the magic glasses on upside down...it doesn't hurt my eyes.

Exactly. Plus most people have no idea what ingredients are in that flu shot. They just get the shot because the medical community tells them to.

I read several months ago that eating fish 2 to 3 times a week reduces your chances of getting Alzheimer's by 60%. I'm sure big pharma would rather you take pills though.
